Tenant Advisory
We can manage the full leasing process from identifying alternative locations to ensuring proper functioning of the new premises once the employees moved in (one-stop-shop approach). In addition to our sometimes creative approach to identifying new locations, clients often see value in a holistic evaluation of alternative locations. In addition to focusing in on the gross rent and incentives, we then also take into account cost / time / quality relevant aspects (fit-out, reinstatement, facility management, move, termination or assignment of existing leases, residual write-downs, etc.) and help addressing those in close coordination with the client.
Leasing
We can manage the retention process of existing tenants or leasing process of office space to new tenants. In the latter, we can perform the role of a traditional letting agent. We believe that the continued development of tenant relationships follows a reiterating, structured approach taking into account a handful of key perspectives before a sustainable relationship can grow. We further believe that attracting new tenants should consider few alternative approaches depending on the landlord circumstances. We often see a one-size-fits all approach, that may no longer work all the time.
